I SLOGGED THROUGH The Latecomer by Jean Henff Korelitz. It was SO long and SO slow. By the end, I didn’t even enjoy it, but I had to find out the ending. What role will the “latecomer” play in this fractured family?” (Amazon) I’d give this one a pass – the slow burn just isn’t worth it.
